James Riddle Obituary

James E. Riddle, 73 of Hesperus, CO went to be with the Lord on 2/14/18. James was born in Litchfield IL. on 2/5/45. He graduated high school in Belleville, IL. He later joined the Army and was a proud Vietnam veteran. James was a machinist & skilled welder throughout his entire adult life. He married & had 2 children that he raised in Virginia. He always dreamed of living out west. Following his dreams in 1994 he moved to Colorado to reunite with his brothers. James had a kind spirit & enjoyed helping others. He loved to laugh, enjoyed life to the fullest; an outdoorsman that was fond of hunting, fishing & riding his motorcycles.

James was preceded in death by his father Herman Riddle, mother Helen Allen Riddle & brother Harvey Riddle.

James leaves behind his 2 children Michael James Riddle & Melissa Ann Riddle; Brothers: Hugh (Juanita) Riddle & Phillip (Sue) Riddle; Nieces: Sheila Whitlock, Tina Cavaliere & Kristina Ryle; Nephews: Beau Riddle, Scott Riddle Mark Riddle & Jake Riddle; as well as many great nieces & nephews. Along with special adopted family members Toby & Andrea Walker, Scott, Mia, Charlie & Paisley Thompson. His two favorite loyal companions Muff & Babe.

A memorial service will be held on Sat, March 3, 2018 at 11am. Hesperus Church 22972 County Road 140
