She was such a sweet lady back when I delivered flowers, I would always deliver anything ordered through McShans. I was so sorry to see she is gone, such a bright light in a dimm world

I will never forget Dorothy Malone. One of my favorite actresses, in some of my favorite movies. Movies I grew up with. I worked with Mimi at Neiman- Marcus during Christmas @ 1980. Her mother came to see her at our counter. If a mother can be judged by the character and charm of her daughter, then Dorothy Malone was a complete success as actress and mother both. How odd to remember so clearly such a nice, yet very brief encounter with greatness.Unforgettable impressions.

I have been long enchanted with the gorgeous Irish beauty of Dorothy Malone ever since I saw her starring role opposite Robert Stack In 'The Last Voyage' back in 1960. My late uncle Charles Martin, who directed several Hollywood movies in the 1940's & '50s, knew Ms. Malone and told me she was one of the nicest women he'd ever met; I only wish I could've met her too. And now that she's embarked on her own final voyage I will forever lament the fact we'll never see another like her again,...
